My teaching is rooted in love, peace, and kindness. Everyone is welcome—exactly as you are. Yoga is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and to notice the goodness that lives within you and all around you.
In my yoga and qigong classes, we focus on building mobility, strength, and balance while gently regulating the nervous system and cultivating presence. Together, we create a warm and supportive community where we encourage one another to grow stronger, more flexible, more balanced, and more fully present—both on and off the mat.
In these practices we unplug from our phones, computers and busy lives and attend to ourselves.
Yoga, qigong and meditation are quiet practices where we breathe together, practice becoming present and connect with the light and love that sits at the centre of each of us.
